Michelle Chen
Michelle is an Associate Director in the Corporate, Commercial and Technology Department.
Michelle graduated from the University of Manchester with an LLB (Hons.) in 2008 and a Master of Laws degree (LLM) in International Financial Law in 2010. She was admitted to the Singapore Bar in 2012.
Michelle has been involved in a range of corporate and commercial matters including corporate investments, joint ventures, mergers & acquisitions, corporate restructuring, technology licensing, franchising and tenancy matters. She also advises clients on regulatory compliance matters such as in respect of the Singapore Personal Data Protection Act and the Consumer Protection (Fair Trading) Act.
Michelle is a member of The Law Society of Singapore and the Singapore Academy of Law.

Grismond Tien
Grismond Tien graduated from the University of Manchester with a Bachelor of Laws (LLB, Hons) degree in 2009 and a Master of Laws degree (LLM) in International Business Law in 2010. He was admitted as an Advocate and Solicitor of the Supreme Court of Singapore in 2012.
Grismond practises litigation in a wide variety of matters, and at various levels of Singapore’s courts. His areas of practice include commercial and contractual disputes, defamation, divorce/matrimonial cases, MCST/condominium disputes, trust property disputes, wills & probate, personal injury claims and criminal cases.

Lee Shu Xian
Shu Xian graduated from the Singapore Management University with a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B) degree.
Shu Xian has advised and represented clients in litigation proceedings before various levels of the Singapore Courts and has been involved in a range of commercial and civil matters – including disputes relating to contracts, torts and building and construction.
In addition to litigation work, Shu Xian was also involved in various corporate and commercial transactions, including corporate investments, and advised clients in relation to data protection/privacy.
